Our AI understands your intent and generates a complete, functional spreadsheet with appropriate columns, formulas, and formatting.

Simply upload your spreadsheet or create one, then ask questions in natural language. For example: 'What's the average sales by region?', 'Show me trends over time', or 'Which products are underperforming?' The AI analyzes your data and provides insights, charts, and explanations.

Describe what calculation you need in plain English. For example, 'Calculate the percentage change between columns A and B' or 'Find the highest value in each category.' The AI generates the exact formula with an explanation of how it works.

Our spreadsheet editor includes cell formatting (fonts, colors, borders), number formatting, conditional formatting, merging cells, freezing rows/columns, sorting, filtering, find & replace, and keyboard shortcuts similar to Excel and Google Sheets™.

SheetAI automatically saves your work to your account (when signed in). You can view all your files in the Files page, rename them, organize by date, and search by name. Your files sync across all devices.

All traffic between your browser and SheetAI is encrypted in transit with TLS. Your data is stored on servers in Europe, protected by a firewall and key-only SSH access, and is only accessible to your account and the people you explicitly share a sheet with. We do not yet hold a SOC 2 report; our security page at sheetai.co/security covers what happens to uploaded files, and you can contact us if procurement needs specifics.

Creating an account is free and comes with signup credits to try the AI. For continued use, subscribe to a Pro plan for a monthly credit allowance. Pick the tier that fits and cancel anytime.
