Plans and usage
Understand credits, usage, and billing
Learn how to choose a plan, keep track of assistant usage, and find the account pages that help you manage billing.
Plans
Choose a plan for the work you actually do
Review the pricing page when you are deciding how much work to run through SheetAI. Consider how often you use the assistant, whether you work alone or with a team, and whether saved history or collaboration matters to you.
Start with the smallest plan that supports your workflow. You can learn more about the product on the documentation overview before committing to a larger setup.
Credits
Use credits where they save the most time
Assistant tasks use credits according to the plan and the work requested. Short questions and larger multi-step edits may not have the same cost. Check the usage information in your account when you need an exact current balance.
For teams, agree on which recurring workflows are worth automating and review usage before a busy reporting period. A clear prompt and a focused range usually produce a better result with less wasted work.
Billing
Manage the account, not just the sheet
- Review your current plan and renewal status.
- Check usage before a large import or analysis task.
- Keep billing contact details current.
- Download or review invoices from the account billing area.
- Contact support if a charge or plan state does not match what you expect.
The FAQ covers common plan questions. If you need help with a specific account issue, use Contact support.

How allowances work
Plan your usage without guesswork
Credits are used for assistant requests. The exact amount depends on the work involved, so a short question and a larger multi-step edit may use different amounts. The workspace shows your remaining allowance so you can decide whether to continue, narrow the task, or wait for the next reset.
Monthly allowances refresh with the plan. One-time pack credits are separate and have their own validity period. If you change plans, read the current confirmation carefully so you know what is charged now and what happens next.
For current prices, limits, and cancellation details, always use Pricing or the Billing area in Settings. This guide explains the workflow, not a permanent price list.
Before a busy month
Make usage predictable
List the recurring tasks your team expects to run and decide which ones deserve a saved prompt or template. A focused workflow is easier to estimate than a series of open-ended requests.
For a large project, keep a small test range and review the first result before running the same process across the full workbook. This protects the allowance from repeated attempts and gives you a chance to correct the instruction early.
