Settings
Personalize SheetAI for the way you work
Find theme, font, profile, notification, and connection preferences without losing the settings that keep your workspace comfortable.
Appearance
Choose a comfortable view
Use the theme control in the header to switch between System, Light, and Dark. System follows your device preference. Your choice is saved so the next visit starts the way you expect.
The app also includes typography preferences in settings. Choose the typeface that makes long spreadsheet sessions easiest to read, then return to the sheet without changing your data.
Account
Keep your profile and connections current
Use account settings to review profile details, sign-in information, and connected services. When you no longer need a connection, remove it from the place where it was created.
If a setting seems to apply only to one browser or device, check the same preference there before assuming your whole account changed.
Notifications and defaults
Reduce noise and repeat fewer choices
- Keep only notifications that help you act.
- Choose a default assistant mode that fits your usual task.
- Review preferences after a team or plan change.
- Use the header theme control when you need a quick temporary switch.

Preferences
Appearance, default behavior, and the choices that shape your daily workspace.
Usage and billing
Your allowance, plan, renewal details, and the place to manage a subscription.
Prompt library
Saved instructions for repeatable work, with search, editing, and removal.
Data and connections
Review how you connect services and how you want to manage your spreadsheet data.
If a setting is not available for your account, check your sign-in state and plan first. Some workspace features are available only after you save a sheet or join a team.
A good review
Revisit preferences when your work changes
It is worth checking settings after you move from occasional personal work to a shared team workflow. Your preferred theme or typeface may stay the same, while your notification choices, saved prompts, connections, and access expectations may need to change.
If you use more than one browser or device, make the same appearance choices wherever you work. Keep account and connection changes limited to the settings area so they are easier to find later.
Your daily setup
Make the common path easy
Choose a comfortable theme and readable typeface, keep useful prompts saved, and turn on only the notifications you expect to act on. A few small choices can make a long spreadsheet session feel much less crowded.
When you are troubleshooting, return to Preferences first, then check Connections, Data and privacy, or Billing depending on the symptom. This gives each question a natural place to start.
